Abstract

The temperature dependence of the level density parameter and the neutron separation energy are determined under statistical assumptions with regard to the excitation energy using the statistical model code developed in FORTRAN language. The quadrupole deformation parameter and the inverse level density parameter are coinciding well with the experimental results concerning the available literatures. The interplay between the level density and the particle separation energy is displayed graphically to locate the possible neutron magicity and found N=176 suits well at low temperature regime. The excitation energy for the possible formation of 119295 is predicted as 33.3 MeV.
