Abstract

Inter-organizational business collaborations exist widely in various businesses of the government. The inter-organizational collaboration relationships in the field of E-government are classified; eight types of roles in inter-organizational collaborations are abstracted based on the classification. Four types of collaboration interfaces of the role are proposed, and each type of roles is mapped to collaboration interfaces. The inter-organizational business collaborations oriented role model is constructed. The role model has the ability to describe inter-organizational business collaborations and execution process of dynamic business processes at runtime, and lays a foundation for flexible control and analysis of inter-organizational business processes.
