Abstract
The aim of this study attempt to investigate the impact of internal factor which is, firm-specific factors and external factor which is macroeconomic factors on the Hindustan Unilever Limited company. The analysis required the annual report from the year 2012 to 2016 by the company. The overall five year performance will be measured by to run the analysis. The dependent variable is current ratio and the independent variable is split into two which are firm-specific factors and the macroeconomic factors. The firm-specific factor consist of remuneration, index scores, ROA, ROE, beta, operation ratio, and average collection period. The macro-economic factor involves are GDP, inflation, unemployment rate & exchange rate. The data is analyse in order to determine which factor affect the liquidity the most.
