Abstract

Studies of foreign experience of the development of anti-corruption compliance are characterized by several significant aspects: determination of best practices (studies of foreign experience give an opportunity to single out efficient corruption combating methods and mechanisms that can be applied and adapted in the national environment); understanding international standards, which can be important for international corporations and organizations; professional development (knowledge of foreign experience enables corruption combating specialists and experts to develop their competencies and improve quality of their work); attraction of investments (availability of an efficient anti-corruption system based on international standards can facilitate attraction of external investments and ensure trust of foreign partners). Studies of foreign experience of the development of anti-corruption compliance is an important step in raising corruption combating efficiency and improving the business environment in general.
