Abstract

RATIONALE: Microarray expression profiling is a valuable method to characterize the molecular signature for a pathway and indicate that innate immunity genes, which are candidate genes for allergic asthma, are differentially regulated in murine monocytes after LPS stimulation. Similar studies in humans are limited, however.
