Abstract

This paper provides supporting evidence for the interacting effect of intangible resources and firm flexibility on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance of e-business firms in Korea; younger firms, and highly leveraged firms exhibit stronger performance in conjunction with an entrepreneurial strategic posture. This finding suggests that the organizational context separated by entrepreneurial orientation represents an important theoretical and empirical implication on the question of why some Korean e-business firms are able to sustain superior performance and others are not.
