Abstract

Virtual transformation changes HRM practices by introducing new strategic skills, control, and operational performance. Virtual tools and technology have made hiring, training, and managing employees easier, broadening the talent pool and increasing job satisfaction. HR analytics software has also helped HR professionals make more informed decisions about workforce planning and skill development. Virtual transformation has also enabled more flexible work policies and virtual education programs, improving operational performance and worker engagement. To be successful, HR professionals must now possess virtual literacy and a strategic mindset.
