Abstract
There is no a communitydeprived from multiculturalism of religious, ethnics and linguistic. The freedom of the citizen is linked to cultural edification, in turns, the availability of opportunities for peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others. In order to,transfer the individuals and groups from the state of clash and struggle into a state of living together. It is a form of access to the political and legal systems to make these rights a real, through the availability of integration processes at the beginning is the building of Citizenship which is theonly relationship that achieve integration over social, religious and cultural divisions for the establishment civil stateof a stable political system.

المقدمة: يتناول ىذا البحث موضوع الاندماج والمواطنة في المجتمع التعددي المتنوع ثقافياً ودينياً واثنياً ولغوياً ،اذ يشكل الاندماج القائم عمى الانسجام بين التشكيلات الاجتماعية التي تشكل المجتمع وقبول ىذه التشكيلات للاختلاف داخل المجتمع ،نقطة جوىرية في الحفاظ عمى استم ارريتو ،بيدف انتقال الاف ارد والجماعات من حالة المواجية والص ارع الى حالة العيش معاً ،وىنا لابد من آلية تؤمن صيرورة الاندماج ،فأصبحت المواطنة الفعمية للأف ارد والجماعات ىي السبيل لذلك بعد نجاح التجربة في عدٍد من المجتمعات التعددية في الغرب ،ويحاول البحث الاجابة عن مجموعة التساؤلات ،ما المفيوم الجديد لممواطنة ،ما علاقة الاندماج بالمواطنة في المجتمع التعددي ،كيف يمكن ق ارءة العلاقة بين الاندماج والمواطنة في المجتمعات المأزومة او المنقسمة عمى ذاتيا ،وكيف يمكن تجاوز الازمات التي تعيق الاندماج الوطني في المجتمعات التعددية ،
