Abstract
This paper mainly proves that the elliptic curve π¦<sup>2</sup> = 3mx(π₯<sup>2</sup>β8) only have integer point (π₯, π¦) = (0,0) with the help of elementary method such as the properties of congruence and Legendre symbol.
