Abstract
The extended integral encounter theory (IET) developed in Part I of the present contribution is applied here to the reaction of reversible excitation binding in liquid solution. Integro-differential kinetic equations are obtained, their possible reduction to the rate equations is studied. The effects of delayed fluorescence are investigated in detail. Tight comparison of these results with those of IET known for reversible energy transfer between metastable reactants is performed.
