MOODY USNR These remarks by Captain Moody, retiring president of The Institute of Navigation, and his successor for 1960–61, Captain Rittenburg, were presented June 25 at the closing dinner of The Institute's 16th annual meeting, held this year at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
