Abstract
The active and reactive powers control of a doubly fed induction generator - DFIG -connected to the grid utility and driven by a wind turbine is presented. The control scheme is based on the input-output feedback linearization strategy. For this purpose, An appropriate mathematical model of the - DFIM - based on the so-called stator magnetizing current field oriented is detailed. An analytical space vector modulation back-to-back SVPWM three-level converter is used. The paper discusses the operating principles of the power generation scheme. Simulation results show that the input-output linearizing control provides decoupled control and perfect tracking of the generated active and reactive powers.
