Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment andcommunication on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Romi Violeta Buduran. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 161 employees at PT. Romi Violeta Buduran. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using a questionnaire program whose measurement uses a Likert scale that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, communication has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, and communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance. There is no indirect effect of Work Discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable communication on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
