Abstract
A brief overview of research work in the field of studying the wear resistance and surface strength of die tooling under cyclic loading is given. The peculiarities of deformation and the presence of a limit of physical endurance, which is associated with the course of dynamic deformation aging in metals (Cr,V) are considered. Relatively slow aging is observed under cyclic deformation conditions. The influence of saturation processes with pairs of elemental structure formed in metals with multilayer nanocoating is also considered. The work dedicated to the definition of wear resistance and improvement of die tooling is of great interest and requires a more in-depth study of this problem, thereby developing a new technique as a promising new direction in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering.
