Abstract
Employee creativity is the key in improving company performance which can encourage innovation to defend the company against competition. There has been a decline in ESQ training participants in the last five years, it is necessary to have reforms to increase again the enthusiasts of ESQ training through the creativity of its employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence employee creativity, including transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational learning. The research was conducted quantitatively using SEM Lisrel 8.80 to 152 ESQ employees. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity through mediating organizational culture, “attention to detail” and “team/respect for people”. However, in the organizational culture, “innovation” and “outcome orientation”, there is no influence between transformational leadership on employee creativity. In addition, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity through mediating organizational learning.
