Abstract

The research delves into the complex landscape of vocational education in Jiangxi, China, emphasising the influence of a collectivised school-running mechanism on vocational education. While analysing the vocational landscape it has found critical issues such as practical deficiency knowledge and competence among teachers within vocational training institutions, hampering their ability to impart real-world skills to students. The presence of inexperienced educators has impeded the integration of collectivist procedures into educational processes. Additionally, the weak system and societal perception have hampered the full implementation of collectivist procedures within vocational institutions. To have an in-depth understanding, this study employed mixed methods to investigate the abilities and capabilities of teachers to influence mechanisms.
