Abstract

High learning achievement is always the hope of all parties. For higher education, student learning achievement is one of the effective indicators of the teaching and learning process, which can also be used to improve the image of the college. Many factors influence student achievement, it is very important to be examined more deeply in order to improve student achievement. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of learning motivation, learning activeness, and lecturer performance on learning student achievement. This research was conducted for three months from October to December 2020. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a causality approach. The population in this study were 100 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Data collection techniques using literature and questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the application of Statistical Products and Services Solutions (SPSS) version 23.0. The results showed that each variable had an effect. So it can be said that learning student achievement is high so it affects the motivation, learning activeness, and lecturer performance. If learning motivation, learning activeness, and lecturer performance increase, learning student achievement will increase. The variables that have a major influence on learning student achievement are learning activeness. Meanwhile, variables that have a low impact on student achievement was lecturer performance.
