Abstract
The use of mobile technology is snowballing in various fields, one of which is the field of health. Smartphone technology began to be widely used in general in health facilities. Many significant impacts are caused by smartphone technology that can be seen in everyday life. This work aims to provide a deeper understanding of the impact provided by smartphones and what can be benefited from their use. This research was conducted using the PRISMA methodology, where related papers were collected and analyzed. This work analyzes the role of smartphone technology in the world of health, i.e., how smartphone technology helps in the field of health, the impacts of smartphone use, and the importance of smartphone use in the world of health. This work found that smartphone technology has a significant role in the world of healthcare and the use of this technology has a variety of distinct functions and impacts. Based on literature reviews, this research concludes that these papers could serve as an enlightenment to readers about the significance of smartphone technology in healthcare.
