Abstract

<em><span>The study aimed to prove the influence of self-efficacy and examine the contribution of self-efficacy on mathematics learning outcomes. It was a quantitative regression research method. The population was all fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-District. The samples were 374 students from 12 public elementary schools. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling and the SPSS 25 V. The data collection techniques were psychology scales and tests for mathematics learning outcomes. Data analysis included simple linear regression analysis and adjusted R square.The results indicated that the value of Sig. 0.000 Ë‚ 0.05, tcount = 13.251 > ttable = 1.966, and the regression equation was Y = -9.758 + 0.989X.The self-efficacy contributed 32.03% on mathematics learning outcomes and 67.97% was influenced by other factors. It concludes that there is a positive effect of self-efficacy on mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-District, Kebumen Regency in academic year of 2022/2023.</span></em>
