Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of quantified training methods on the performance of college soccer players. Through experimental research and data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: quantified training methods have a significant impact on the training and performance of college soccer players. Coaches and trainers should develop personalized training plans and methods based on the actual situation and characteristics of different athletes, in order to improve the specificity and effectiveness of training. The results of this study provide valuable insights and assistance for the training and competitive level of soccer players, and also offer effective support and guidance for coaches and trainers.
