Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Service Quality, Price, Location, Loyalty, Product Design on Online Motorcycle Transportation Service Customer Satisfaction. This research was conducted for two months from November to December 2018. The research method used was a survey method with a causality approach. The population in this study were millennial residents, amounting to 300 respondents. The sampling technique used was a nonprobability purposive sampling technique, namely millennial population domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area, so that the sample in this study amounted to 299 respondents. Data collection techniques using library techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS software version 3. PLS (Partial Least Square) with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results show that each variable has the same effect. So it can be said, if the Customer Satisfaction is high then it certainly has Service Quality, Price, Location, Loyalty, Product Design that is good in online motorcycle taxi transportation services. And if Service Quality, Price, Location, Loyalty, Good Product Design will certainly result in high customer satisfaction. The description above shows that there are joint and significant influences between Service Quality, Price, Location, Loyalty, Product Design.
