Abstract

This study tested the relationship between system quality, information quality, service quality, satisfaction, and continuance intention in online learning. Four hundred and thirteen college students participated in the survey and completed the questionnaires. The results verified the positive impact of system quality on satisfaction. The positive effects of information quality and service quality on satisfaction and continuance intention were also significant. Besides, satisfaction increased the continuance intention of online learning. These findings suggest that effective information and service quality may help universities increase the continuance intention of college students in online learning during the epidemic.
