The influence of predictive maintenance in industry 4.0: A systematic literature review

Abstract

In the production process, managers are always forced to make decisions to improve and meet the needs of the plant, so it is important to maintain the machines and their equipment at the right time is one of the major challenges. The Predictive maintenance has an ability to maintain in real time so it has an advantage over several features such as downtime, costs and production quality. This article is a systematic review of the literature on the study of the challenges of the Predictive maintenance and give a new classification of this field of research. It was found that 4.0 and Predictive maintenance technology is still present in most areas.
