Abstract

Objective To study the effect of perioperative psychological guidance on the early physical and mental recovery of gynecologic patients after laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Methods A total of 152 cases of gynecologic patients undergoing laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were enrolled in the study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 76 cases of each group. The control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group, on the basis of routine nursing, were given perioperative psychological guidance. The stress indexes, immune function, mental health, postoperative recovery indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results 3 days after operation, levels of cortisol(Cor)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH), percentages of T lymphocyte subsets CD3+ and CD4+ showed significant differences between the observation group and the control group [(145.64±62.49)μg/L, (64.23±28.75)ng/L, (64.69±9.13)% and(38.41±5.13)% vs(169.22±54.05)μg/L, (72.49±22.26)ng/L, (61.54±8.55)%and(36.16±5.64)%](P<0.05). The symptom checklist(SCL90)score, hospitalization time and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower or shorter than those in the control group [(109.28±22.51), (6.76±1.23)d and 3.90% vs(125.18±16.43), (7.41±1.50)d and 13.20%](P<0.05).
