Abstract
This paper explores the influence of people demand oriented social governance and organizations based on the theory of risk society. In the data acquirement and collection phase, the author combined the research methodologies of literature review, quantitative survey, individual interview and etc., then, the data have been analysed by software such as SPSS and EXCEL. After summarizing and modifying, the essay is structured with the thread of raising the problem, de- scribing the problem, and the corresponding solution of the problem.
