Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the employee performance in Pragaan district, Sumenep Regency Madura. This research was conducted in Pragaan district, using a saturated sample of 42 employees. Data was obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test analysis. The research results concluded that organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the organizational culture is better and work motivation is higher, it can have an effect on improving employee performance.
