Abstract
目的 探讨护理干预对非住院功能性消化不良(FD)患者生活质量的影响.方法 对102例符合FD国际诊断标准的门诊功能性消化不良患者随机分为研究组52例和对照组50例.2组患者均按常规用药治疗;研究组在常规用药的基础上给予护理干预.分别对2组患者于入选时和入选后第4,12周末,应用消化不良量表和生活质量指数问卷进行调查.结果 入选后第4和12周末2组间比较,研究组消化不良症状总分显著低于对照组(P＜0.01);生活质量量表得分研究组显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 对门诊功能性消化不良患者进行护理干预能改善消化不良症状,提高患者的生活质量。
