Abstract
This research aims to know: 1) The influence of motivation to learn about learning achievement, 2) the influence of self-reliance learning towards learning achievement, 3) The influence of peer environment on learning achievement, 4) influence of parental attention Learning achievement, and 5) The influence of motivational learning, self-reliance Learning, peer environment, and parents ' attention to learning achievement. The method of study used is a survey method with causality approach. The population in this study is high school/SMK student with 200 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability purposive sampling technique i.e. high school/SMK students who reside in DKI Jakarta area, so the sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using IBM SPSS software with classical analysis.
