Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Loyalty, Performance Evaluation, Motivation and Work Experience influence position promotion at PT. Internet Global Indo. This research uses a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression analysis model. The population of this study are permanent employees who work at PT. Inet Global Indo, numbering 35 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The data collected is primary data, obtained through a survey method using a questionnaire. The research results show that both Loyalty, Performance Evaluation, Motivation and Work Experience partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on job promotion at PT. Internet Global Indo.
