Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the effect of learning motivation, learning discipline and learning environment on learning achievement. The population in this study were students of the State University of Jakarta. This type of research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 100 students. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis on the SPSS 23 application. The results showed that it was concluded that together the variables of Learning Motivation, Learning Discipline, Learning Environment had a significant effect on Learning Achievement. Partially learning discipline and learning environment have a significant effect on learning achievement, but partially learning motivation does not have a significant effect on learning achievement.
