Abstract

research with the title The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Depok City Franchise This researcher uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. data collection technique used questionnaires, the sampling technique used simple random sampling, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (2) Work Environment has no positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (3) Simultaneously (together) between the variables of Leadership Style and Work Environment has a significant and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction.
