Abstract

This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis method which was previously tested for validity and reliability using software SPSS (Statistic Productand Service Solution) The research was conducted at the Dirajaya Sinar Rezki consumer cooperative, Takalar district with a sample size of 60 people. The results of this research show that (1) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership shows that the significance is tcount 0.160 > 0.05 and the tcount value is 1.425 < ttable 2.002, meaning that the leadership variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Communication shows that the significance is 0.000 < 0.05 and the t value is 4.735 < t table 2.002, meaning that the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
