Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HR competence, emotional intelligence, and work ethic on work productivity with work motivation as an intervening variable on employees of CV Mitra Dunia Palettindo in Beji-Pasuruan. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at CV. Pallettindo World Partners. The population taken in this study were all employees in the production division, totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique used by the researcher is non-probability sampling with sampling using a saturated sampling technique, with a sample of 60 employees. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data of this study were analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the study prove that HR competence, emotional intelligence, and work ethic have a significant positive effect on productivity and motivation, motivation has a significant positive effect on productivity, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on productivity with motivation as an intervening variable, while competence and work ethic have no significant effect on productivity. with motivation as an intervening variable.
