Abstract

骨骼肌萎缩是慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者较为普遍存在的一种并发症,可增加患者的死亡风险,并影响其生存质量。目前认为,CKD骨骼肌萎缩的主要原因与促进蛋白质分解的信号通路被激活有关。CKD状态下,肠道微生物与人体组成的动态平衡共生系统遭到破坏,由此诱发的肠道微生态失衡可加快CKD进展,并提高并发症的发生率。本文对引起蛋白质分解的分子机制进行综述,为减轻或改善CKD患者骨骼肌萎缩提供新的治疗策略。.
