Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence between the quality of educational services and student trust, the influence of trust and student loyalty, the impact of the quality service on student loyalty through student trust in Private Junior High School (SMP) "X" Bandung City, West Java. The results of the study were as follows: (1) The quality of education services has a positive and significant influence on trust (t = 5.89; p 0.01). (2) There is a significant influence between service quality and the trust of students. (3) There is an influence of service quality on the loyalty of students at SMP "X." The results show that there is an effect of trust on the level of student loyalty in this study. (4) There is no significant difference in the degree of trust between the school and the Trust students. The research serves to provide useful input for the school in terms of developing the service quality which ultimately affects the trust and loyalty level of students in the city of Bandung and can be a reference for further researchers, and in practical benefits.
