Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how discipline, leadership, and motivation affect the performance of Aceh Tamiang Education and Culture Service employees. The example in this study was important for the representatives of the Aceh Tamiang Schooling and Culture Administration. This study employs quantitative research techniques. The information examination procedure in this exploration is Bergand Direct Relapse. By involving SPSS as an information handling device. The consequences of this exploration show that discipline to some degree affects worker execution; initiative to some extent affects representative execution; employee performance is influenced in part and significantly by motivation; and employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by discipline, leadership, and motivation at the same time.
