Abstract

The research topic is of great importance in today's world, where instability and uncertainty become an integral part of our lives, especially in the state of military crisis and «post-war». With this article, we reveal the topic through several key aspects, namely: first, crisis situations require leaders to make effective decisions in today's conditions; secondly, the philosophy of leadership is currently considered as a tool for analysis and formation of leadership qualities aimed at solving social and ethical issues. Also, in the article, we focus on how crisis circumstances shape the perception of leaders as power figures and affect socio-cultural aspects. All this interacts with the socio-philosophical aspect, where ethical norms, cultural values and social responsibility of the leader become the subject of attention.
