Abstract
The article examines the influence of Bishop Sophron Mudryj on seminary formation and personnel. Bishop Sofron did the reorganization of the seminary program in Ivano-Frankivsk Theological Seminary and introduced courses for the permanent formation of the clergy of Ivano- Frankivsk Diocese. It is especially worth emphasizing his work in development of personnel potential of the Ivano-Frankivsk Diocese.
