Abstract
A shopping activity is an activity carried out by the community to fulfill their daily needs or simply fulfill their desire to have an item they want. People used to shop in familiar places such as malls, supermarkets, markets, grocery stores, stalls, and so on. However, in the modern era where technology is developing rapidly as it is today, shopping facilities have emerged that make it easier for people to shop, namely through the online shop shopping application. The online shop is an online shopping suggestion that is used to make buying and selling transactions online and aims to make it easier for people to meet needs or find the desired item without having to go out of the house or come face to face between the seller and the buyer. Especially during a pandemic, such as those which require us not to do activities outside the home except for urgent matters so that online shopping activities are becoming very popular in today's society.
