Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of different anesthesia on occurrence rate of renal venous thrombosis of the patients accepted the total knee replacement, to provide the new anesthesia and theoretical support for the controlling and preventing of the occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis after total knee replacement. Methods Sixty-four cases implemented total knee replacement from January 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the object of study, to randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was implemented by general anesthesia, the treatment group was implemented by epidural anesthesia. To compare each indicators level of coagulation function after operation, operation situation and occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis. Results The thrombin time and prothrombin time of the treatment group were longer than those in the control group, but the fibrinogen and platelet counts were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P 0.05). The occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis of the treatment group was 6.2%, and the control was 25.0%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of the epidural anesthesia for the patients accepted total knee replacement was significantly better than the general anesthesia, and be able to effectively improve the each indicators level of coagulation function after operation, reduce the occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis, and worth for promotion. Key words: Anesthesia; Total knee replacement; Deep venous thrombosis
