Abstract

Relevance. Degenerative lesions of the vertebral column and related neurological manifestations are an important problem of modern medical science. It was revealed that methods of physical rehabilitation of patients with osteochondrosis of the spine are more effective when used in a complex.Purpose is to determine theoretically and justify the effectiveness of the developed methodology of physical rehabilitation of persons aged 30-40 years, with osteochondrosis and protrusions,Methods and organization of research. A complex technique was applied, including taping and exercises aimed at decompression of the spine.The results of the research. Patients of the experimental group achieved results already on the thirtieth day, and at the end of the entire course 90% had no complaints. Recommendations for further studies at home were developed for the subjects.Conclusions. The etiological factors of the development of osteochondrosis and the consequences of intervertebral disc protrusions are presented, the analysis of the means of physical rehabilitation for osteochondrosis and protrusions that are used in modern times is carried out.
