Abstract

In this article, the problem of training the professional skills of students in the field of Choreographic art is addressed. At the same time, the presented article aims to inform specialists in the field regarding the training of skills through the use of acrobatic exercises. The efficiency of the process of acquiring dance actions is determined both by the possibilities of manifesting physical abilities and by the capacity of the subjects to capitalize on their artistic and aesthetic valences, influencing each other. Awareness of the importance of developing physical qualities creates necessary conditions for the dancer’s psychomotor development and constitutes a basis for the assimilation of professional techniques.
