Abstract

The paper presents an example of a shared street (woonerf) implemented on low bearing areas as well as the analysis of its technical condition after several years of exploitation. As soon as in the 19th century a previously existing dirt road was used as a shared street on the analysed plot. In a close urban development the area is used as an overflow area during the period of excess precipitation. The execution of the street while taking into account its technical parameters was a challenge for both the designers and the technical services.
