Abstract
China faces serious challenges in mobilizing the enthusiasm of science and technology workers. For this, this paper aimed at measuring job satisfaction and its influence factors. This paper employed the national survey data on Chinese science and technology workers. The assessment structure of ST academic ability difference of ST and the research conditions and status have significant impacts.
