Abstract
There is much uncertainty in the minds of many people as to the incidence of the cost of the AAA crop and livestock reduction programs. Some feel that the cost is borne by the ultimate consumer; others believe that it is borne by millers, packers and other processors; still others think that it is borne after all by the farmers themselves; while a few may hold that the program involves no burden or loss to anyone, but is a clear net gain for all.
