Abstract
Objective To investigate the infection status of HIV,syphilis and HBV among pregnant women in Huizhou city so as to provide scientific evidences for preventing HIV,syphilis and HBV mother-to-child transmission(MTCT).Methods Tested HIV antibody,syphilis antibody and HBsAg of pregnant women in Huizhou city,HBsAg detected by ELISA,HIV antibody detected by western blot,syphilis detected by RPR and TPPA.Result The positive rates of syphilis antibody,HIV antibody and HBsAg were 0.11％(81/75 315),0.05 ％(o)(4/73 331)and 7.76％(6103/78 605)respectively.Conclusion It is urgent to detect HIV antibody,syphilis antibody and HBsAg among pregnant women at an early stage and take effective interventions to prevent MTCT.
