THE IMPROVEMENT OF SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT, AND THE JUDICIAL GAZETTE THE CONAGOPARE-TUNGURAHUA

Abstract

The current university education are not only educational entities aimed at training professionals, beyond that, it is a benchmark for social development. For these developments, one of the objectives is the execution of projects related to the community, integrated into the areas of scientific research; what allows to contribute to the solution of the problems, in aid to the needs raised by the rural, urban and marginal sectors, especially for the benefit of the vulnerable groups of the population in their area of ​​influence. For this it is necessary to apply a methodology aimed at subscribing institutional linkage agreements that allow participants to participate in the elaboration project of the Judicial Gazette of the Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Governments of the province of Tungurahua, with the purpose of creating the parochial regulations according to the guidelines of the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, in harmony with the laws in force, by virtue of which the aforementioned law establishes the normative power of rural parochial governments. Finally, as a conclusion of the projects of connection with the community, the social, economic and political development obtained by the forty-four beneficiaries as Autonomous Rural Parochial Sectional Governments were determined as beneficiaries.
