Abstract

The structure of the assembled beam bridge is good, which can combine the excellent mechanical properties of the steel bar and concrete perfectly, and it is easy to construct. Therefore, the application in the medium and small span bridges in our country is more extensive than other types of bridges. The relevant data show that about 80% of the existing bridges in China are medium and small span bridges, while the concrete bridges with small and medium span are mainly assembly type bridges. With the extension of service life and the improvement of traffic load level, many prefabricated girder bridges built earlier have not met the needs of modern traffic. This paper mainly studies the improvement design of bridge assembly information processing. This paper studies the connotation and characteristics of the information management of assembly building projects, analyzes the new modeling technology of Bim and the cooperation of Bim in project management. In this paper, the experimental analysis is used to select the bridge model to establish the third span of the bridge for experiment. The experimental results of this model are compared with the theoretical calculation results, and the results of the research on the assembled bearing capacity of the bridge are directly displayed by the chart analysis. The experimental results show that at the same observation point, the experimental value of the medium load is 53, the calculated value is 208, the bias load experimental value is 10, the calculated value is 5, and the calculated value is inaccurate. The analysis shows that the material strength of the bridge slab is insufficient, the connection between the members is weakened and the rigidity is reduced.
