Abstract

“PAD Class” is a new teaching mode which adapts to the education with personality and information characteristics. Its core is to give half of the teaching time to teachers and half to students for discussion in class. This paper analyzes the concept, characteristics and functions of the “PAD Class” teaching mode. This paper discusses the implementation steps of “PAD Class” in college classroom, and puts forward the specific implementation countermeasures. Through the implementation of “PAD Class” in college classroom, students' personality can be liberated, and the problems such as absenteeism and slack in class can be solved. This method can promote the reform of college classroom teaching and promote college students to strengthen thinking, which is a teaching mode that can be popularized.
