Abstract
症例は55歳, 女性. 身長160cm, 体重74kg. 右乳癌に対して右乳房温存術が予定された. 既往歴に高血圧があり, 手術１週間前から循環器内科でβ遮断薬が処方されていた. 手術室入室直前に患者本人から数年前に一度の喘息既往の申告があったが, 担当医が喘息患者と認識せずに麻酔導入したところ, 喘息発作を生じた. 発作の誘引は, 喘息患者として認識しなかったことにより, β遮断薬, チオペンタール投与の回避ができなかったことと考える. 最も基本的である術前診察・問診の重要性を再認識した.
